Cancellation, No Show and Refund Policies

 

Overview

    • A full refund will be issued if booking is cancelled 5 days prior to arrival.
    • The full amount is non-refundable if cancelled after 5 days prior to arrival.
    • There is no refund for a No Show.
    • Refunds are processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
    • A 5% credit card fee will be deducted from refunds for cancelled reservations.
